- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., products must be packed in their original packaging).

- An offer shall not be settled with cash in lieu and is not transferable.

Exchange Policy and Process
- Exchange Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item due to a size mismatch or receipt of a defective item, a replacement will be provided.
- Exchange Requests: Exchange requests for products purchased from Ceylon Kitul Hub must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase via Electronic media (WhatsApp, Email, Social media).
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and the delivery address must remain unchanged from the previous delivery.
- Value Difference: If the value of the replacement product is less than the original value, no cash refund or credit note will be issued.
- Condition of Items: Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, used, altered, or returned without attached company tags and receipts.
Exchange Process
- Initiating Exchange: To initiate an exchange, hand over the original product to our delivery staff/third-party courier service person and receive the exchange item from them. Ensure the original item is available at the same address selected for delivery of the exchange item.
- Availability: Replacement against exchange/claims is subject to product availability. If the same product/size is unavailable, the replacement will be adjusted against a subsequent purchase at the store.
- Additional Charges: All exchanges are subject to additional delivery charges.
